Alexia is a fourth year economics and international business major. She started off her freshman year in London and has loved the opportunity to get involved with CSSH and other economics and business majors. In her free time she likes hiking, reading, and exploring museums around Boston. She’s looking forward to a great year and a great Spring 2026 journal!

Editor-in-Chief

Nayla is the Editor-in-Chief of ECONPress! She’s a fourth-year studying a combined major in Economics and International Affairs with a minor in Emerging Market Business. She has been in ECONPress for two years and has served as 2024-2025’s Vice President and a Staff Editor in 2023-2024. She’s also a Beli addict who enjoys trying out new restaurants in Boston (and beyond!) and has a personal goal to read a book from every single country (currently at 43!).

Website Manager

Madeleine is the Website Manager at EconPress. She is a third-year with a combined major in Computer Science and Finance. Currently, she is on co-op at PwC for tax accounting, and in EconPress she has previously held the position of Newsletter Manager. Last summer, she participated in a study abroad program at LSE, taking Intro to Macroeconomics and exploring the city of London. In her free time, she likes to stay active participating in different fitness classes, running, and skiing.

Will is currently a fourth-year Economics major from Haddonfield, New Jersey. His favorite classes at Northeastern are Macroeconomic Theory and Communication Law. He plans to attend law school after graduation, where he will study to become an intellectual property lawyer. In his free time, Will enjoys road trips, going down the shore, and playing tennis.

Madeleine King is a 5th year studying Economics and Finance at Northeastern. She has completed co-ops at Summit Partners, Polaris Growth Fund, and an internship at FT Partners. Madeleine’s favorite economics topic is game theory.

Anusha Sambangi is a second-year studying Economics and Business Administration with a Minor in Data Science, and serves as the Vice President of Marketing for the journal. Anusha joined ECONPress as a first-year to get involved in economics clubs on campus, and to develop an understanding of research skills that she hopes to use in her own work in the future. Outside of classes and extracurriculars, she enjoys baking banana bread, building legos, and working on puzzles with her family.

Ayana is a 4th year Economics and Business Administration student with a concentration in Finance and minor in Data Science. Currently she is on co-op at State Street, as a conduct risk compliance associate. Previously, she completed an internal audit co-op at Biogen. Outside of EconPress Ayana loves going to the gym, listening to music, and trying new cafes and restaurants around Boston!
